How do I use the Ballistics Calculator?

Enter your rifle, cartridge, and environmental details on the Calculator tab. Tap Calculate to get your full ballistic solution including drop, drift, and retained energy at range.

How do I upgrade to HuntCalc Pro?

Tap the crown icon or visit the Profile tab to view subscription options. Pro unlocks the AI Coach, unlimited journal entries, and advanced features. A 7-day free trial is available.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel.

The AI Coach isn't responding — what do I do?

Ensure you have an active internet connection. If the issue persists, force-quit and reopen the app. If it continues, email us and we'll investigate.

My ballistic solution seems off — why?

HuntCalc uses the Pejsa ballistic model with G1/G7 drag coefficients. Ensure your ballistic coefficient and muzzle velocity match your specific load. Always verify solutions at the range before hunting.

How do I restore my Pro subscription on a new device?

Open the app on your new device, go to the Profile tab, and tap Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
